LORI GLENN Massage Therapist LMBT # 4301 GYROTONIC® Instructor

Lori is certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She is graduate of the Medical Arts Massage School in Raleigh and licensed in North Carolina.

Her interest in bodywork began in college with her concentration in the arts and life drawing classes. Her pursuit to ornament the body with crystals and stones eventually led to her interest in massage and Reiki. Lori is level 1 Reiki Practitioner certified in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of Reiki.

Lori has received training in massage methods such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Hot Stone Massage and Reflexology.

She recently received training in GYROTONIC® from master trainers Kathy Van Patten and Sebastian Plettenberg. We are excited to say that Lori is now offering GYROTONIC® exercise and balancing sessions at the center.
